M.A.R.C.H. – Multi-Agency Response to Community Hotspots

The Office of Nightlife at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment presents the semi-annual reports on the Multi-Agency Response to Community Hotspots, or M.A.R.C.H. program. These reports are mandated by Local Law 220 of 2019.

As long as the program continues, and the law remains in effect, the Office of Nightlife will compile and release these reports so that New Yorkers can have an accurate picture to evaluate the program.
