Applicants are also required to provide 30 days to community boards, where similar questions are asked. The SLA, with this Form, exceeds the statutory authority granted to the SLA, limiting regulation of cabarets to venues with occupancy in excess of 600 persons. Many Community Boards have their own versions of the notice form.
